I. Images created using Artificial Intelligence (AI) Image Generators:
Other than the images individually listed below, all of the images of individual characters and actions on this site were created by the author. The author created these images by writing (and rewriting, multiple times) prompts into artificial intelligence (AI) image generation systems, including Midjourney, DreamStudio, Microsoft Image Generator, OpenArt, and Google’s ImageFX.
As of the date of this notice, the Copyright Office of the U.S. Library of Congress has declared that creative content made using AI is not protected by copyrights.
However, this statement by the Copyright Office may not constitute final, settled law on the copyright protections of AI images.
Both Congress and the Supreme Court of the United States have the authority to override this policy of the Copyright Office and extend copyright protection to images that are the outcomes of the substantial creative efforts that go into creating images with AI tools.
We claim any and all copyright in these images to which we may be entitled under any future declaration or clarification of our rights.
II. The images listed below are licensed from third parties:
1. The image of hands reaching in a prayerful way toward a golden Earth with a golden background is the intellectual property of a creator identified as “Ipobpa.” This image was licensed through Fotolia, now part of Adobe Stock Images, https://stock.adobe.com/. Another set of images of the Earth with hands praying, with blue as the primary color, was created by the author using AI tools.
